How Did You End Up With An Unsuccessful Blog?
Did you ever sit down and think about your thoughts when you first started your blog. What was in your mind? For what purpose you started that blog? Didn’t you think about making money? Or getting lots of visitors and followers, who are looking forward to your next post? Didn’t you check your stats every few hours to see if you get any new visitors? Didn’t you spend hours to create new posts and promote your blog? So what made you stop? How did you to end up with an unsuccessful blog?
When we start to do something, we won’t start for aiming failure. We start with a vision of success. We strongly believe, what we doing is right. However, we can get frustrated very easily and loose our enthusiasm if the things don’t work out the way we wanted. Therefore, we stop making effort for success. Instead of trying to make things right, we spend our time to find excuses for our failures. We also try to find easy answers for our failures.
We give up, because we don’t see the result that we expected. But if you read the biographies of successful people, they also faced failures through out their life. But instead of giving up, they chose to change their strategies, identify their mistakes, and kept trying until they reach to their goals.
So whenever you feel as you want to give up writing to your blog, STOP. Think, what made you start that blog? Try to bring back the enthusiasm that made you start that blog. Analyse the moment. What kind mistake you may be doing? Try to identify those mistakes. Then, change your strategy.
Here is your chance to make things right this time. Start a blog or carry on with your old blog. But you need to make a promise to yourself. You need to promise yourself to be committed to your blog. You need to promise yourself to write one post everyday for next one month. You need to promise yourself to spare few hours a day for your blog. You need to promise yourself to write unique content. You need to promise yourself to promote your blog. You need to promise yourself to adopt a discipline for your blog’s success. If you keep your promises, then success is inevitable.
