If you have something useful to add or need to ask about something, leave a comment. But, you should only write a comment, if you need to contribute and add something to the post. If you are not consistent about your username, then it will not be very easy to establish an authority amongst other bloggers. But if you keep using the same identity on different blogs, people will recognize you, you will have a reputation and at the same time you will make a relation with other people.
