When is right time to tweet?
You probably use Twitter informing your followers about the new updates on your blog. But how do you know, if your tweet won’t disappear, before your followers see it.
According Dan Zarrella, when you tweet between 8am and 7pm (EST), you will see the most positive effects of tweeting. Because this is the time, where most people have access to a computer.
Also, it shows that your updates will get most ReTweets during these hours. Below you can see the graph of ReTWeets by Hours:

ya… we can also use http://tweetoclock.com/... this helps to find the peak time of any twitter user. You can also find the peak time of your followers. This makes your tweet effective.

Of course, I can see in many places that 4 PM (IST) is the good time to tweet and get more no.of RT.
