8 Badass Blog Moves You Must Master

1.      I don’t care what anyone else says. WordPress is the best blogging software out there. It has many, free to use, plugins that can allow you to add many functionalities to your blog. Check out the WP plugin Library. Also, it provides great template designs that you can easily install it for your blog.

2.      Go to technorati and choose your niche. Identify at least 10 blogs to comment on. Leave comments by answering the following question: Why did you like the blog post? What kind of befits it would provide to the reader? What can you add, if you were the one who wrote the post? If you don’t agree with the post, why don’t you agree with it? And what is the right way? Repeat this process for a month.

3.      Choose a forum that discusses the topics related to your niche. Start a tread by publishing an informative article about your niche. “How to” or “Top 10 tips” articles are the best way to attract attention. At the end invite other members to share their opinions.

4.      Again, go to Technorati. Identify blogs that are related to your topic. And ask the blog owners for an interview. But, try not to aim for top blogs, as the owner of the blog is most likely to refuse your request. However, you can still try and see.  Publish this interview on your blog.

5.      Create at least 10 articles to post on your blog. These articles should be in the form of tutorial or “Top 10″ or “How to articles”. Try to make these articles around 500 words. After you finish, start publishing them one by one, every 3 days. Also, don’t forget to submit those articles to Bookmarking sites.

6.      Ok, we are going back to Technorati again to choose some more blogs. Well this time make it 2 blogs. Write review about these blogs, and make sure to leave either trackback or pingback for these blogs. Repeat this process every two days for different blogs for a month.
