7 Ways to figuring out blogging success

FiguringBloggingSuccessThere are thousands of blogs out there trying to make money. However, there are only few who achieved this goal. Here you can find 7 ways, why these bloggers are more successful then others.

Learn how to wait for results

Blogging is not for impatient people. If you really want to make money with bloggin, you need to know that you have a lot of competitors. Therefore, your job is not that easy.

If you want your blogging career to go long ways, you need to be patient. At the same time you need to keep your goals smaller and reachable. For instance to reach 600 RSS subscribers in three months is more realistic than reaching 2000.

If you don’t give any, you won’t get any

Nowadays, free content is not enough for your blog to become successful. You need to create competitions for the visitors to comeback. You can offer free e-books to subscribers or even free advertisement space for top commentators etc. You need to be creative here and offer great benefits to your readers for free.

No hard work, just right balanced work

Blogging is not a difficult work. However, you can make it difficult for yourself, if you spend your time in wrong activities. For instance commenting on other blogs for whole week will not benefit your blog in the long run. However, writing your blog posts in advance, writing blog posts for guest blogging, etc, are more beneficial to your blogging business.

Try to be the person you see in the mirror

In your blog, you need to reflect yourself, rather than trying to be someone else. Trust me it is much easier to be yourself. Your unique personality may be a way to get loyal readers to your blog.

Credit others, don’t copy them

There are a lot of good bloggers out there. By just copying their work is the start of your failure. Don’t be scared to mention other blogs and bloggers on your blog. Although you might loose some visitors this way, it will help your sincerity in the long run.

Make friends rather than enemies

Friends help each other. This is same on the Internet. If you meet people that have similar passion to yours, you can benefit from each other. For instance posting links on each others blogs, helping with the design and etc. You can ask yourself questions and also post on each others blogs as guest bloggers.

Put your hand in your pocket

We all love free rides. But, free rides don’t last very long. If you want to make something out of your blog, you need to spend money on advertising. You can find similar blogs to advertise and contact the bloggers directly, or you can use blog advertisement networks such as BuySellAds.com.

  5. All great tips. The friends-enemies idea is so pivotal. Don’t get caught up in a competitive mindset. The only way to get ahead in life is with help from others. Network, make relationships, and make friends. The more friends, the more trust, the more success.

Hi Ryan, Welcome to my blog

Being competitive is good if there is only one winner in the race. However, most aspects of life, in my case blogging, can accomodate more than one winner. So, competitive mindset can only drive people away, in these kind of situations.

  6. Great post I like the point about crediting others don’t copy them. There are times that I start to write a post that I start to think about what I had read on someone elses blog. So when I think of something that I had read somewhere else I will give them credit by putting a link to the post I am thinking about at the time. Hey its easy to do and I feel it is important to give credit when credit is due.

  7. Yes, i totally agree with you, patience is the key for being success on making money online scheme.
I’ve seen a lot of blogger failed at this part, they want to get rich quick rather than learn the whole process of it. And the other important thing is don’t waste our time for doing the wrong things. Spend it to create great unique content and do other optimization for our page.
    very well explained pal!

  9. Cool one. Adding to the point of free give aways, you can also add giving link love like do follow comments, using comment luv etc.., this can attract readers. Even I am one of them who look for blogs, with comment luv or top commentators or do follow comments.

That makes me to stick to the posts, read them, comment on them. This makes both the blog owner as well as the reader satisfied.
