I spent a great deal of time doing my mental homework. Took a break from my laptop and continued to sort my mind. Adopting the proper mindset when in business for yourself is so important. Many get caught up in competitive practices and don't know why they are doing them. The quiet times provide clarity for me so that I can see the 'why' and am able to correct the situation.
